1、運用前：

1. Before use:

（1）要查看自上料攪拌車空壓機的自保設備是否牢靠，氣壓是否安穩；查看水泵的引水有沒有加足，管道是否疏通；

(1) Check whether the self-protection equipment of the air compressor of the self feeding mixer is secure and whether the air pressure is stable; Check whether the water diversion of the water pump is sufficient and whether the pipeline is unblocked;

（2）自上料攪拌車料倉的斗門、水泥斗門還有中間集料斗門、出料門的開閉是否靈敏牢靠；

(2) Check whether the hopper door, cement hopper door, intermediate aggregate hopper door and discharge door of the hopper of the charging mixer are opened and closed flexibly and firmly;

（3）還要查看自上料攪拌車主機葉片的聯合螺栓是否牢固；

（4）查看各電氣設備是否安全牢靠，各限位開關動作開關是否靈敏牢靠；

（1）都應該將自上料攪拌車的主機表里、料門上的積料整理并沖刷干凈；

(1) The accumulated materials on the main machine table and material gate of the loading mixer shall be sorted out and washed away;

（2）各個光滑點應該加注光滑油，尤其是在軸端的密封處萬不行遺漏；

(2) All smooth points should be filled with smooth oil, especially at the seal of the shaft end;

（3）冬季應放凈水路內的液體，放凈空壓機貯氣筒內的積水和氣體；

(3) In winter, drain the liquid in the water circuit, and drain the water and gas in the air compressor reservoir;

（4）停機后，所有的開關都要處于非作業狀況并堵截電源。

(4) After shutdown, all switches shall be in non operating condition and power supply shall be cut off.
